I recently started to work at one company and I needed to relocate from my hometown. This is my second job, and this firm looks promising regarding my future career. I opened bank account tree months ago and everything was quite perfect, but something changed. They keep charging me for various transactions, and I’m not even sure that they suppose to do that in this manner. Can I make a complaint against my bank and if I can, how to do it?

Next time, be more careful when dealing with money, because I believe that your bank has good reason for charging, and that it is probably your mistake. However, it is possible that your bank made a mistake; it is usually the fault of new employer and the problem can be easily resolved. Just go to the bank and ask to speak with the manager. You should be well prepared when you do this, bring your documentation and everything that might help you. If this doesn’t work, try making a formal complaint, they can’t ignore anything that was formally sent to them and they are obliged to send you written answer to your complaint. If you are still dissatisfied with their service, try to find out which bank offers services that are satisfactory for your needs. There is always one, last possibility of suing the bank.
