| I recently opened an IT business of my own. I do not have to much experience in running a business. Last five years I was working in another IT company as IT expert. Now I do not know what I should do to make my IT business a successful one. If anybody has any idea I would greatly appreciate it. |

| First you must secure financing of your business. When you do that then you should think about improving it. Improving a business whenever you get a chance is the only way to make a successful company. Start small and work your way up. Do what you can for start and then add services when you have the chance and available resorts. You cannot go wrong by starting small and then developing the business. You are not going to upset customers by only being able to provide a quality small job at start. Your customer would be upsetting if you can only do minor jobs and you've posted you can provide other quality services what in reality you cannot! Basic guidelines for managing successful IT business are the same as for any other. Start small and take good care of your customers. That way you will keep them coming back. When your business have developed to incorporate the other services, then do so. That way you would certainly get results. |
