| I have realized that I was told wrong about my mortgage policy and I would like to place a complaint for missold mortage endowment by the insurance company. Actually I tried this twice and I can say it is difficult and a lot of paper work but it seems like that companies are making it harder for us because they are not ready to face with the wrong policy they led. |

| Since you have obviously been incorrectly advised on mortage endowment policy you have right to claim for return and refund. So you are asking for a compensation for missold policy that might not have grown enough to pay off your mortage. Having and endowment complaint won’t affect your current mortage. I heard of the biggest compensation ever for this procedure and it is £27,000. |
