| Hi, guys. I have a question to ask. My husband and I took mortgage several years ago. It was a joint ownership. Now, we will divorce, so I am interested in one thing. What will be with our mortgage deeds? How does it work? Your opinion will be more than welcomed. Thanks in advance. |

| Hello, there. I am sorry for hearing about the divorce. But, that is life. For transferring mortgage deed you will have to contact the lender. He must give his consent. He will see first whether one party is capable of paying off the whole mortgage. The best thing is really to contact the lender. If he says it is all right, you will contact a solicitor. I hope everything will be all right. Good luck! |
