Mortgages and international real estates?

| Hi, I have one very delicate question. I want to take loan in my country Serbia, I want to start working for one project, and part of that project I would financed with loan money. I have a house in Greece and I would give that house as mortgage for that loan, can you tell me if this is possible. Can I use this house as international real estate as a mortgage for loan. |

As you said that you are from Serbia, I think that now they have new low concerned mortgages but I don’t think that there is possibility for you to use your house, because they are not related with Greece or EU land registers. But maybe there is a possibility to take loan in some country of EU, and then you could use that house as mortgage for loan. I think that you can get better conditions if you applied fro loan in EU countries.
