| Hi. I have a company which is an LLC in the US at the moment but as I have decided to move the company to Europe as well as myself and my family. Can I move the company as such or do I need to close shop over here and then start afresh in the new country? Any comments are appreciated. |

| Hi. You can't just move a company to another counrty, but perhaps you could keep on the company you currently have and then set up foreign subsidiaries in other countries as needed. Meaning in the country you are intending to move to, and later and other country. In my opinion that is better than setting up a whole new firm. |
