| Help! My insurance company made a mistake and is refusing to give me any money. It is to do with health insurance. I should be covered, but the insurance company claims I already had dental work done this year for which I got cash back. This is not true, although I did get cash for glasses through the same company. I think they got this confused somehow. I dont have any receipts or anything, what should I do? |

| Hi. Keep hassling your insurance company. After all you dont pay them money each month to not get what you need from them. It is better if you can somehow prove that they made a mistake. Go to the opticians where you got your glasses and get them to give you a new receipts or even call the insurance company if at all possible. |
