| Help! SOme time ago I have lent quite a large amount of money to a friend of mine. He is now going through the process of bankruptcy, and has already filed! What should I do now? Is there any way of getting back your money when you find yourself in such a situation? |

| If you lent the money to him on a private basis without any proof, then you are not going to see any money ever again in the most likely scenario. If you have some proof, you might, but even then you are very low on the list of creditors - governmental institutions, banks, and so on will see cash before you! |
