Its not that Im complaining for no reason, but I cant stay quiet for long and telling someone will take burden of my chest at least for a while. Im working as a customer assistant at shop where they sell mainly in bulk as well as in common retail IT shop, employees know each other pretty well, and sometimes confiding through just a simple chat can give you an outlook in someones life and problems. A guy said to me that his wages has gone down by 20 comparing last year to this one. He is paying off mortgage, has a family at home that expect from his wages more than he can perform and earn, he is thinking on getting a second job so his wages can improve. Since he is a new employee, (arrived from London) I understand that he perhaps has a lower wages in here than at the old job, I didnt understand his story, but maybe this short intro will help.

Why has your salary gone down by 20, did something happened at work, therefore theyve taken money from your wages just this month or it will extend throughout a year? Im really confused what happened with friend of yours, how things like that occur and what can be reason to conceive similar employers reaction. I understand that he must be transferred from one place to another, and his wages dropped, comparing to previous employment. It must be the reason; no one can take 20of your salary for being angry with you. He should try chatting with his employers, so further explanation would be more useful therefore Im sure that his situation will improve, taking that hes been working in London, difference in wages is eminent, you cant compare wages in here, with payments you will receive in London for the same or similar work description.
