| My card was stolen a week ago. I reported it to the bank and they told me that they will put it on the block list immediately. But today I get my usual bank report and I saw some transactions on it that wasn't mine. I don't know is that normal and I am afraid that bank might charge me for those transactions. Help me, please. |

| You do have a reason to worry about. First thing you didn't explain was, do you have a signed proof that you cancel your card. If you don't have that you could be in trouble. But if you do, then you are legally safe. The bank couldn't charge you anything in that case, because it is then their fault. From your talking I assumed that you don't have any money on your account, and that those transactions probably get the account in overdraft. Anyway, as I said before, if you do have any signed proof that you cancel your account you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise you should go at the bank as soon as possible and get you one. And also, in any case you should notify the bank about those transactions too. |
