I have recently hear that Bank of America has some no fee mortgage program. My friend told me that you don’t have to pay any fees like for application, processing, credit, title search and others fees that are usual. This sounds amazing and hard to believe. Is this true?
Yes you heard it right. There is a no fee mortgage plus program and bank of America claims it is working and that it is the best deal. Besides no fees they offer a competitive rates. There is one interesting aspect beside all of that. You are guaranteed to close within 25 days and if that isnt the case bank will pay of your first month. I am also very suspicious about this and I think they have some fees printed small. But you sure have to check it out with the bank.
