Since I am new to on line shopping and buying stuff I would like to know what will happen if an action is not finished. To be more precise I was biding for one item on e bay and the seller did not finish an auction. What the hell is that, I asked myself? Can he do that and leave without sanctions?

I am very sorry to hear that you left without an item you were biding for. Moreover, I am very disappointed how the seller treated you since this was you first buy. But as you could see nothing have happened to the seller and he/she wont deal with any kind of consequences what so ever. The only thing that you can do is to leave a negative feedback in order to let others know that that particular seller is not trustable. Try to find the feedbacks about that particular seller and you would probably find that he/she is not to be trusted and has bad comments. It is common thing which is very bad.
