Hi. What do you think about OPEC and the way in which oil producing countries are participating in cartel forming, even if they deny doing so? DO you think that this is a hindrance to the free market, and do you have any opinion on how this could potentially be prevented?

Such activities may hinder the free market; they may even be illegal. But that does not stop OPEC or any such organisation fro carrying out such activities. As long as price agreements stay internal it will be extremely difficult to prove them and the organisation can carry on as before.
