| I own small business and recently I have come across an article that was talking about tax heavens and offshore banking. Now I am planning to open an account in such offshore banks but I have a problem. I do not know in what bank to do so. How to select a right bank? Every advice on such matter is going to be appreciated. Monique |

| Well Monique I am not sure that I can help you with choosing the right bank for you. Each bank has its own policy towards their clients. Furthermore, the account that you are planning to open and its sort may vary from bank to bank as well as from your business or personal affinities. You have to bare in mind the fact that the offshore banks offer just about the same services as the major banks. What is more, some banks allow you to invest in securities, which can not be done in the United States. Each bank offers different services. From the country in which the bank is situated taxies may vary as well as the type of the investment that is allowed. You have to carefully plan everything. Be aware of the geographical details as well as the political situation in the country in which the bank is situated. |
