Offshore banking and additional tax?

| I am starting to be interested in offshore banking because of my bad experiences in general, I’m totally disappointed in the way domestic banks are doing the job. Is there anything interesting you can tell me about offshore banking and if there is some kind of additional tax I would love to hear about it, for somebody told me that there is one? |

| Well, as much as I know people are usually switching to offshore banking if they had some privacy problems, so they think how this is going to provide them more security. I am not sure if that is the best solution. Other reason is lower tax so I’m kind of confused with your question, although it may be that there are some additional taxes, I don’t know… |
