We are quite new in business as an S Corp and we will for the first time have to submit all the tax forms when the financial year end. I am wondering if you could be of help to me with some tips or perhaps things we need to look out for as a company? And how about the K-1 form? Any comments from your side would be extremely welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi. As far as the K1 is concerned, don't worry. It is just s summary schedule of your your financial goings-on which your account should fill in for you. Income, outgoings, deductions, losses... The form will show your whole financial situation to the internal revenue service. The best advice I have for you is to outsource anything to do with tax as you want to make sure the job is done properly.
