Hi. I have been living abroad for the last five years now, in a country that is not part of the EU. Now I have decided to make the "brave" move of buying a property in my new country of residence, but first of all I want to sell my UK house, which I bought to let. As I am not in England, will I have to pay Capital Gains Tax or not?

You don't say where your property is, and how much it is worth. You might have to pay capital gains tax, and you might not. It depends on how much you bought it for, and what the current value is. But - why would you sell your UK property? Make sure it is worth doing so in financial terms!
