At the moment I am in a big dilemma. What to do? At the same time I have to pay my mortgage as well as the bill from my saving account is coming. I am in depths more then I thought I am going to be. Please I desperately need any kind of advice that is related to the situation that I am into right now.
Of course that you are dangerously overspending having in mind the both debts and savings. There is only one solution to your problem. You should repay all your debts before you save. In my opinion you are better off debts (including mortgage) because they are more then the amount of money you are earning trough savings. Therefore I am suggesting that you first clear your most expensive debts. The mortgages are cheaper then credit card expenses. Consequently it is a good idea to clear those before you start repaying the mortgage. This is just simple numbers game. You should calculate your mortgage rate and your tax interest from savings and then decide which one to pay off first.
