I sold some stuff on eBay last week. Yesterday buyer called me and told me that I am a swindler and he told me that he stopped their cheque and that they will not pay me. When I asked him what the problem is, he told me that the stuff I try to sell was a fake. I asked him how did he confirm that it was a fake and he told me "he knows what is fake when he saw one and that he doesn't need a second opinion". I asked him to return me my stuff and to pay me for the shipping costs but he told me that he would not do any of that. He told me if I want my stuff to come and gets them myself. What should I do?

Most certain is that you should not let him sneak like that. Because of buyers like that, most people are still afraid to do business over the Internet. If you are absolutely sure that your stuff, which has been sold to buyer, is not a fake, go for it. First, you should call hem once again. Demand from him your stuff because you have the receipt that you do send him those and he got it. If he still does not want to does that then threat him with a legal suit. And tell him that in your claim for legal reparations you would not only ask for returning of your stuff and shipping costs, but also for the money compensation for the whole trouble that he gave you. From my experience, I think that after that, he will get the message, and became more cooperative.
