My uncle should end his career soon and he would like to know more about the conditions of his pension, when he reaches it. Is it better to get a pension for certain sum of years at work or he should just end his work when he reaches certain age? He would like to know how this affects the amount of money he’ll be receiving when his pension starts.
Naturally, I’m sure it is better to get a pension regularly if hi is able to get that number of years working. It depends from country to country and I believe that in any case country appreciates if a person works for larger number of years, logic says that it pays off to them more. But I’m not sure how better that kind of pension will be when compared to the one got for old ages, I don’t think he can work at all when he reaches certain age.
