| I have heard that post office have a great offer for the saving account. The great sum of money that is stored with building societies and banks are unreachable for their true owners. Not to mention complicated system of interest rates. I get very confused every time I try to figure out those. What about those post office access accounts? |

| In 2006 post office declared launching of an instant access saving accounts. Interest rate is 4.75 with a guarantee that it will not vary more than 1 percentage from the base rate. The main point with this that you can withdraw your money six time a year for free. And for that you have 14,500 branches of post office. There are also ATMs, on-line and over the telephone withdrawals. After that you will pay something for every withdrawal. The minimal deposit for qualifying for this rate is somewhat big. |
