| I have recently been looking to start with investments. I have accumulated fair amount of assets and I have looking into the most efficient way to invest. I would like to know more about preventing destabilization of the stock prices with tick-test rules. Any info will do. It will really mean a lot to me. |

| When it comes to ensuring the value of your portfolio, you have to be aware what kind of portfolio you want to create. Tracking stocks and the change of the price of stocks watching on certain number of them and tracking the movement - those that are ticking up, and those that are ticking down. Restrictions have been imposed so that those involved in sale execution would have more secure transactions. These restrictions maintain stability, and are very important, just like the rules of tick-test, which state that you can make a short sale in the case where the next sale happens with stocks that have either retained or increased their value. |
