| Hi. I am waiting for the house prices to fall down for some time already. Two years ago I looked into buying a place. Everyone told me back then - wait just a little bit longer for the prices to come down and then grab your chance. This has not happened. How much longer should I wait? |

| Waiting for property prices to come down is like watching paint dry. If you have the means to buy, I have only one advice for you. Get on with it! Maybe the prices will come down. Or just maybe you might loose your job by then. Or get ill. Or be too old to be able to get a mortgage. |
