Hi, recently I have inherited some money. For some time I have been thinking what would be the best way to spend it. Finally I have decided that the smartest thing I can do is to invest. That is why I would like to know are prices of real estates in NY still dropping. What do you think?

Hi, personally I am not familiar with the prices of real estates in NY, but I have friend there who is trying to sell his house. From his story I have learned that this is true. The prices are still dropping. So I presume it would be a nice opportunity for you to buy something on lower price. But do not do anything without consulting with your financial adviser.

This will be a correct time to invest in the NY because if you are getting the property in cheap rates then in future you can get more benefits and profits from it.Upto me if somebody is having enough capital ,Then he should obviously go for it.Good luck is always with the doers.

Affordability measures whether a household median income family could buy a house because prices in effect at the median and rates. Some interests of the major housing markets in California are now severely undervalued based on affordability.
