Saturday mornng Happy2tri and I went down to RI for a little of fun and alot of good food after!

3.5m run, 17m bike, 3.5m run the course was perfect for the 1st race of the season for me. A little windy but relatively flat and probably no more than 225 people. I don't know my official times but unofficial: 1:58. 3.5m run 29:21, 17m bike (including both transitions) 58:13 my bike computer had me at 18.5mph avg, 3.5m run 30:34. Pretty happy with my consistent run times. I started in the back and passed a bunch of runners on the first leg only to watch them all pass me on the bike. I so need my new bike now!!! I ordered it 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't come in. Evil or Very Mad

After we went for clam caked, stuffies, lobster sandwiches. So good! Nothing better than a nice RI lunch after a race.
