Prices of real estates in NY still dropping

| Hi, recently I have inherited some money. For some time I have been thinking what would be the best way to spend it. Finally I have decided that the smartest thing I can do is to invest. That is why I would like to know are prices of real estates in NY still dropping. What do you think? |

| Hi, personally I am not familiar with the prices of real estates in NY, but I have friend there who is trying to sell his house. From his story I have learned that this is true. The prices are still dropping. So I presume it would be a nice opportunity for you to buy something on lower price. But do not do anything without consulting with your financial adviser. |

| This will be a correct time to invest in the NY because if you are getting the property in cheap rates then in future you can get more benefits and profits from it.Upto me if somebody is having enough capital ,Then he should obviously go for it.Good luck is always with the doers. |

| If price of real estate in NY still dropping then I think it is a great time to invest in real estate property. Because if you want to purchase real estate property in cheap price then it is very best time to get it. According to me it is a nice opportunity to get it. Do not miss it. |
