Hi there people. My name is Amanda and I would appreciate if you could tell me something about credit risk. I would like to take a credit and I would like to know if credit risk is something that I have to think about. What is credit risk after all? Do you know something about principles for the management of credit risk? Thank you.

Hello to you too Amanda. Unfortunately, I don’t know much about this subject, but I can tell you some basics. There is no need to worry about credit risk if you are getting a loan. Credit risk is a risk which lenders take when giving a credit. It is a risk that credit won’t be paid back. There are several types of credit risk. However, I am not familiar with the principles with credit risk management, so I cannot answer that part of your question. Perhaps someone else can tell you more about the principles. That would be all. I am sorry for not being able to help you more. Take care!
