I have a little problem with being unemployed now, after a small row with boss in company I worked for nearly ten years. He is quite greedy bloke who dont respect too much people who work for him and with him, even them who started with this company since it was first established (12 years its been running) and who helped in developing and progress to its maximum today. You wouldnt believe that people like my boss exist, we even worked together, been through a lot, problems as well as successes. I and many others had complaints about his attitude towards employees, but I was the one who broke the ice after I told him everything I think about him and business he is running, but employees helped to build up. He didnt like my attitude, so Im no longer employee with this company, but I prefer to be self-employed than work for anyone else, even though Im not aware (yet) how much problems can I have being self-employed.

You can find yourself in bigger trouble than you think being self-employed. Im aware of freedom and benefits it can provide for you work where you can be your own boss, where there is no limit on time you can spend working, no early mornings you have to spend driving to work, no unpleasant colleagues who dont like the way you wear your outfit, or tie. But the biggest problem you will have to face with is yourself. Dreaming is easy, but looking deeper into your abilities to be one who will be responsible for all work, being disciplined and be able to take clients, customers negative attitude towards marketing and business in general, as well as yours. Patience is very important. Other problems you have to deal with are bills, wages, familys needs, attempt to be patience with clients who cant pay immediately, but waiting for long term paying offs. So, all you need are great organization skills and ability it earn in every possible circumstances.
