Hi. I am trying to sell my house. It has been on the market for a good while now and it is in a excellent location. While I get lots of viewings I havent had any serious bids so far. I wonder what I am doing wrong. Can you give me some tips please? Thank you in advance.
Make sure the place looks nice. Get rid of any clutter and paint the walls in a neutral color. Make sure it is clean too. Buyers like hearing nice stories about the neighborhood too and if you are friendly and chatty that helps too. My final tip is that you should make coffee just before they come and see the place. This has been proven to increase the chance of selling your house as the smell makes the place so much more inviting.
