Pros and cons of IRA investments?

| What are the advantages and disadvantages of IRA investments? I know that there are traditional IRA funds and Roth IRA funds and I think Roth offers better conditions but are those funds any good anyway? Being the cheapest investments and so to say flexible, I think they are pretty nice way for investing in retirement plan, right? |

| Both IRA plans are great ways for saving for old days. Great advantage of IRA funds is tax which means that incomes are not taxable subjects every year. You can also deduct contributions from your taxable incomes. Though these options may be attractive there are some pitfalls of IRA investing. You can not take your money before retirement age if so you pay 10% penalty of the amount you withdraw. |
