| Hi, recently I was given an offer from my friend about running a partnership business. The thing is I do not know much about it. My main concern is not to jeopardize our friendship. It is very hard, I think that we will blame each other if some problems appear. I do not know what will happen if we decide to abandon our deal. Are we going to be friends still? |

| I know what you mean, but you have to know that the meaning of partnership is that you share bad and good things. Each one of you will share control of operations and you will share the firms debts. Just to make sure you can signed a contract that will give a protection for both of you. Problems will appear but there is no reason to be scared in advance. Everything can be solved, but you have to listen to each other, not to be stubborn, and then pick the right solution. |
