I have some questions on trading stocks. I heard those words all the time but I am not really sure what it is about. Is it another way to invest your money so that you can have decent turnover? Is there any strategy for trading and are there some methods applicable? Can anyone say something about this topic?
When we talk about trading stocks the word trading is not very appropriate word. You do not trade stocks like you trade baseball cards by exchanging certain number of ones for the other ones. Trading is a term used in financial market and means buying and selling stocks. It’s important to know the basics of trading not to know every detail. There are two methods for buying/selling stocks: on the exchange floor and electronically. You have already seen on TV how it works on the exchange floor where you tell your broker what to buy etc. in the world of electronic markets use computer networks to match buyers and sellers. So that’s the main difference but you still need a broker to handle your trades and give you advice on this vast and almost unpredictable market.
