As the employee in one of the LLC enterprises I have more than a few tasks which I need to accomplish and challenge their demands which were extremely difficult and complex and takes a lot effort and interest to finish it on time, by the end of my working hours. As my employer was more than a satisfied with my achievements and working experience Ive gained within 3 years of hard work, and seeing my eagerness for further success in building my career, he gave me another job task to manage all received legal notices, services and other official documents, to work as a LLC Registered Agent. What is the Registered Agent? Why do company need State registered agent? What does it cost to appoint a registered agent in state? How do I appoint a registered agent?

A registered agent is a person, individual or corporation selected to receive Legal notices and forward government legal documents to its clients in accurate and appropriate time, delivered to the corporation. The individual that is elected to be the registered agent can be an employee, officer, director, or shareholder of the LLC or corporation, or he doesnt have to be associated with the corporation or LLC at all. Franchise tax reports from the secretary of state and service of process (complaints, lawsuits) against your company can be one of the examples of documents received or forwarded by registered agents. For the reason that State law is demanding that every corporation or LLC when they are formed must have an registered agent, and for corporation is positive thing that hey dont have to worry about legal processes and keeping track of government legal documents.
