| I have recently wanted to sell a house. I will be moving to another city and it seems to me that I will need some extra money. However, I had some questions about house prices. What interests me the most is what actually determines the price of a house. Thanks in advance for your help. |

| There are various things that determine what will be the price of a house. First of all, there is the neighborhood appeal. If you are in a good area, with school and hospital nearby, clean and safe environment, it will normally raise the price. Also, the quality of the house itself, how old it is, what condition it is in, and whether you are selling it empty or with furniture will raise or lower the price of your house. Also, try to get a good real estate agent, as they could sell it for a bit higher price than it is actually worth. I hope you find this helpful. |
