Dear all,
I have recently bought and renovated several properties with the intention of letting them. They are now ready and in excellent condition. The only question is how to deal with this. Shall I find tenants myself and manage the properties? Or shall I use the services of a real estate management company? Who here has experience with these companies, and is it positive?
Thanks. |

| If you can afford to use a real estate management company I would recommend you this, as getting tenants to pay you the rent can turn into a huge headache. The general organization - finding tenants, doing the contract, then the big R: getting them to pay Rent each month... It is a big hassle. Though these companies do take quite a big cut of your rent, in return you don't have to worry about a thing. |
