| I have recently started thinking about making a good strategy, since I am starting a new business, and I am aware that Customer Relationship Management is one of the most efficient methods. I would like to know more about relationship marketing and transactional marketing. If anyone could tell me more of it, I would be thankful. |

| Customer Relationship Management is indeed one of the soundest business strategies and it seems to me that you have made a good choice with that strategy. However, in order to make the best of it, and to really satisfy your customers as much as possible and thus ensure you will get the maximum profit, you need to plan very carefully. It is basically a long-term strategy, and you can complement it with transactional marketing, which is a short-term way of attracting buyers for a particular product in a particular time frame. However, you should by no means only stick to that latter sort. Hope you find the info helpful. |
