| What is inter-company dept and how is it treated? Is there a chance for it to be released? What is the procedure? I understand that the definition of inter-company debt is very complex and that I can fail in explaining it but I need some clarification. Does that release means that there are some tax facilities? |

| Intercompany debt is a thing that has to be repaid. It usually borrowed form parent companies or familiar ones so it is huge and complex procedure. I am not sure that I can explain it properly. That debt can be on domestic and international basis but the release can occur if the borrower decides to charge off the debt or certain amount. |
