| I own a flat in which I am no longer living and for two months already I have been trying to find tenants. The only problem is I havent been able to find any so far! The flat is a bit noisy I must admit. This is due to it being next to a pub. Maybe this is the reason nobody has wanted to rent it so far? Should I lower the rent? |

| You might well be right about this being the reason you have found no tenants so far. I dont know how you have been trying to find them but it might be the best thing to go through an agency specialized in this. They will also advise you on a realistic price for your rent. |
