Recently I moved to a new flat. I like it a lot and everything was going well until I get a notice from my estate agent. He informed me about the fees that have to be paid. Of course I have paid but know I think that it was nothing then a rip-off. Does anyone here can tell me what to do or give me any kind of advice regarding the issue?

Oh my god. You are not the only one who was ripped off by estate agents. There is nothing legally that you can do instead of going and pay a visit to your estate agent. Tell him that you know your rights and that you have been manipulated. Moreover, say that you are going to call the authorities. My advice would be that you keep your cool and do not show you are intimidated by estate agent. Stick to your plan to cut off some of the fees and that you want your money back. At first estate agent would not agree on your terms but eventually he would. I wish you all the best.

I think you were wrong to choose your agents. Qualified investor leads a well known company. They can give you abetter solution.
