Scared of Debt Collection Company!

| Is it possible for a debt collection company to scare me with taking away my entire assets, my entire life of creating a comfortable home with my family, just because my borrower had sold my debt to that company, and I haven’t even agreed to that? Is that possible also? I am scared now that they have the legal possibility to take away my home and almost everything that I own, at least that’s what they said. What can I do? |

| While he was in debts, my good friend had a divorce. It was not a real divorce but some kind of their legal agreement, in order for wife to keep some part of their properties, so they haven’t lost everything, and they were threatened also. It is not the happiest solution, but sometimes people don’t have a choice. You’ll, in the end, have to pay for everything you’ve borrowed, but this way you are buying precious time. |
