| Hi, I am Milica from Kamenjarvo and I am in a process of finding the perfect loan for my business. I am in a dilemma whether to choose secured or unsecured loan form a national bank here in Serbia. I would like to be informed which of these two offers better conditions for repayment, what are the grant criteria and which documents I should obtain for that purpose. Thanks |

| Hi Milica from Kamenjarevo. I have heard lots of great stuff about your home town. But that is not the issue right now. Regarding your dilemma I can say that people are often in the situation to make those kinds of decisions. Both of these loans have their advantages as well as they have disadvantages and are appealing depending on borrowers financial abilities. Still, it is tricky to decide which one is more beneficial since ones disadvantages are advantages of the other. Secured loans are convenient for financing projects on a larger scale. On the other hand, unsecured loans are more appropriate for individual small businesses. In addition to that, unsecured loans are granted for smaller amounts of money since it is more difficult for lender to return its invested money. The choice is yours. |
