| I was planning on selling my property, I’m leaving town in order to get a good position in my company, so I am interested in getting the best possible price for it. I own a house with garage, a car in it, 2 floors, and I also wish to sell another house which I used for holidays and weekends. How can I advertise? How can I get a buyer? And, should I accept an offer instantly, if I like it, or should I, maybe, hesitate, in order to see if someone else shows up with better offer? |

| It is entirely on you, I mean if you are in hurry, than you probably should not risk losing that buyer which would, eventually, offer you a good price, but if you have the time and money, than you have the luxury of waiting for the best buyer. Your properties are significant and you should not be satisfied with something that is not a good settlement for all that you are offering. |
