| I’ve seen how my partners were doing that and I’ve decided to start considering two firms in my two year plan that I’ve been working on, during the last month. But, what if targeted firms do not want to participate in a two year long plan because they doubt our stability? How can I make them trust us more? What are your methods of persuasion? |

| There is no way for you to talk them into it unless you offer them some guarantees. But, than, these guarantees may be bad for you so you should be careful what are you offering. In many occasions I’ve seen bad plans falling apart and taking the company to the ground with them, that means many lost jobs and your fault for that! So be careful what are you doing, do not rush with making decisions! |
