I have many ideas about ways of earning money. Sometimes I think that I would not have time to make them real. But the one that is occupy my mind the most is concerning setting up a company. I have many questions about it. How difficult it is? I would like to know what choices I have.
To my knowledge your future company can be organized as a partnership, limited company or you can be sole trader. There are a lot of things you have to worry about. If you are not sure about your abilities you can think about forming a partnership with one or more people you trust. Taxes, insurance, book keeping and accounting these are all the things you would have to think about. And believe me the list does not end here.
