After months Ive spent searching for a right property, a house to buy, I finally found one which has all characteristics of the real home Ive always wanted. It is a three bedroom house, specious kitchen, dinning room, quite big bathroom, and good size bedrooms, inside two of them you can fit double beds and only one had enough for single, but it has a huge wardrobe, so being smaller it didnt matter a lot. Since we have children, two of them, we found a house irresistibly attractive, and price wasnt so high (150,000), so we are more than satisfied. By train it will take only 35 minutes to get to London, and for us thats excellent, hence we work in London. We dont have a problem getting a loan, mortgage for this house, because it will be calculated from both our wages, so we can relax, but we would like to settle best mortgage deal as we can.

The first thing you should think about is finding a mortgage adviser who will act on your behalf finding a right deal for your mortgage, perfect offer that will have plenty of benefit for you, as well as for lender. Mortgage adviser will act as intermediary and provide information for best options you have on the market at the moment. His activity will save you time and money, he can give you instruction for everything you need, from first step to the moment when you get the keys of your property and start moving in. I think that it will be best option, he can advise you depending on your financial condition, what type of mortgage is most suitable for you, except if you think you can handle things by yourself, spend extra time searching for a right deal, lender as well as financial benefit and lowering extra cost it will produce.
