| My wife is trying to persuade me to invest money in a corporation where her brother works for years. I am starting to think that it might be an excellent idea. Even though I am pretty sure I would listen to her I have some doubts and unanswered question. Can you share with your knowledge about share if stock getting a certain amount in par value? |

| Shares of stocks basically represent the amount of money you are going to invest in this corporation. When it comes to defining par value I too have troubles in understanding this concept. But I have to say that you have right to ask as many question as you want before bringing the final decision. It is better to ask rather to suffer consequences because of your ignorance. |
