| I would like to know what my options are if I want to remortgage, and if I took a short term mortgage few years ago. Is it a good thing to remortgage under these conditions and what can I expect if I decide to remortgage after all? My mortgage should expire in 13 years and now I’m worrying if I’ll be able to repay the money, it seems like better solution to remortgage on time, if it’s possible. |

| I am sure that you have some options, but I am not sure what kind of remortgage can you expect. When you’re getting short term mortgage than, I guess, you are certain in your ability to repay it in time which you’ve made a choice for. My parents took a short term mortgage and they had real problems with it, it was constant problem in family. When my sister and I grow up, we helped, so now it is all OK. You can never predict all the factors. |
