| I sensed the poor banking job myself and it almost ruined my last year vacation. When I want to withdraw money from my account at the cash machine, I was surprised. My withdraw was instantly denied by machine because my bank didn't wont to authorized it, even I had five times more money on my account. When I returned home I asked the bank manager what was the problem and how will they mean to recompense me extra costs that they procure. He didn't want to admit that any of that is there problem, so he thought that they don't need to refund me any costs. After that I change my bank and now I am absolutely satisfied. I know that most people wont move their accounts to another better bank because they couldnt handle the paper works. But if you choose the right bank don't worry - they will do all that for you. The only hassle you will have is to sign on a couple of papers. And I think that is worth, and you shouldn't keep your old account if you are not satisfied with it. |
