| I am 20 years old and I had full time job during holiday. I am on a student budget and I have a minimal income. I am wondering is it needed to be taxed. I shouldn’t have paid last year, and I have to claim tax back. Should student Tax be back? Do I have to pay National Insurance contribution? |

| Two taxes types exist on your income: income tax and National Insurance Contributions. State pension and unemployed benefits could be claimed as a social security in the future. If student’s earnings are too small, in that case National Insurance contribution is usually not required. The amount you have to pay depends on your annual earnings. You can claim the overpaid. |
