Sole Proprietorship or an LLC?

| I am about to start with some small business and mostly I will be in charge maybe my wife would be helping me occasionally but basically I am the one-anyway I have a doubt on which structure to choose for my business –sole proprietorship or an LLC. Actually I am interested in what are advantages of both of these sole proprietorship and LLC structures so I could choose the better one. |

| It is not like you could choose for if it is not about corporation than the only structure you could chose for your business is sole proprietorship-which fits for those businesses which is represented by one person. Anyway there are many advantages if it is about sole proprietorship business structure such as much easier tax preparations and which is also very important –lower start ups meaning you are allowed to start business with much less capital but you also need to be aware of some sole proprietorship disadvantages regarding your business personally liable but also lack of financial controls and difficulty in raising capital. |
