I am considering applying for a norrecourse loan. I am not sure whether I am going to need it because I have some plans. However if those plans fails I would not have any other option. That is why I would like to know if there are special tax implications for a Nonrecourse Loan? Thank you all.

I do not think that there are any tax implications for a nonrecourse loan. I really think that there is nothing got worry about. On my personal opinion this loan has very good characteristics. However I never had to use this loan so I am probably not the bets person for this matter.

I am not so sure that there are any tax implications for a nonrecourse loan. I cannot give you good explanation but I am pretty sure that there are some tax consequences. That is why I would recommend you that you speak with a financial adviser. Only this way you will have the right information.

I too think that there are some tax implications for a nonrecourse loan or non-recoursed debt. I am pretty sure I have read something about this while surfing on the internet but it was long time ago and honestly I did not paid much attention because I was looking for something completely different.
